1. Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to availability.
Advance payment is required to confirm bookings.
Valid ID proof is mandatory during travel.
Full payment must be completed before trip departure.

2. Cancellation Policy

15 days before travel: 80% refund.
7–14 days before travel: 50% refund.
Within 7 days: No refund available.
Refund processing may take 7–10 working days.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
No refund for unused services during the trip.
Natural disasters and snowfall refunds depend on partner policies.

4. Payment Policy

We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash & Online Payments.
Package prices may change during peak season.
GST & taxes will apply as per government rules.

5. Travel & Safety Policy

Travelers must carry valid government ID proof.
Guests should follow hotel and local regulations.
Sahi Safar is not responsible for weather delays or accidents.

6. Hotel Policy

Standard Check-in: 12:00 PM
Standard Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in depends on hotel availability.

7. Cab & Transportation Policy

Cab services are available as per itinerary only.
Extra sightseeing will be chargeable.
AC may not work in hilly regions.

8. Privacy Policy

Customer information is kept secure.
Personal data is used only for booking purposes.
We do not share customer data with third parties.

9. Force Majeure

Sahi Safar is not responsible for delays due to snowfall, landslides, strikes, or government restrictions.
